I am a proud Perth local and have been active in the inner city real estate market since I was 18 – so I am passionate about this beautiful place we live in and understand the inner-workings of the Perth property market and all it has to offer.

When I’m not scouring Perth for the ideal investment for a client, or conducting important café location research (it’s key in the real estate business), you can find me outdoors on two wheels, churning up dust in the Hills, or heading abroad for adventures in far-off places. I am an avid explorer; chasing salmon and bears in Alaska, meeting witch doctors and drinking fresh Yak’s milk in Mongolia and getting lost in the souks of Morocco… Travel inspires me - but I always find my way back to Perth.

Perth is my home. Being a property investor myself, along with operating as a real estate professional here for over 13 years, my experience is broad. I have a keen interest in every aspect of the property industry and in discovering all the opportunities available for both buyer, investor and seller. Overall Feedback

Brett is the most proactive and easiest to deal with Real Estate agent I have ever encountered. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.

All dealings were made very straightforward, each and every query answered in an extremely timely manner and Consultant Brett Van Son was highly knowledgable in all fields of Real Estate and very good guiging buyers through the process.

Its tough looking for a house which fits all your wants (design, size and price) and also the things which you have to compromise with as you cant get everything you want.

Whats even tougher is sometimes dealing with a really pushy Real Estate Agent who would not give viewers a moment of peace to view a house bbefore engaging stalk mode. (Yes, I'm especially referring to PRO*********S) which detroys the interest of getting the house.

Brett isn't that person, he has a calm demeanor and respect to let people view the property in peace and answer any questions in which the viewers would have. Answers which he doesn't have will be researched and answered the following day.

We eventually bought a house managed by Brett, it's all because of the ease of process he has provided for me and my wife. He performs instant negotiation on the spot when we were putting in the offer, which allows us to close the deal very quickly.

In two evenings, the deal is sealed. Honestly, I would never have thought the (process) of buying a house could be so easy, but Brett did.

I would definitely recommend Brett to be your go-to guy if you have any inquiries on selling, managing or buying a property that he manages as he is knowledgeable, humble and honest.

Communication was excellent, you always made yourself available for us and we really appreciated that.

I have no hesitation in recommending Brett van Son. Brett found the business premises that we ended up buying – something no other agent had done and was instrumental in ensuring the negotiation process with the seller proceeded smoothly and was concluded quickly.

He keep us in the loop at all times and was always happy to answer questions or locate information for us. The whole process was remarkably painless and Brett deserves the credit for that. We were very pleased with the entire process.
