I am Maddison and I assist Dominic and Nancy Ferraro and handle administrative tasks at Abel Property.

The most satisfying part of my job is seeing and understanding the intricacies of property sales. It’s incredibly fulfilling to witness the process unfold and know that our efforts ultimately lead to happy clients. Abel Property has an exciting yet calm and happy atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to work.

The biggest challenge for landlords and vendors in the coming year may be adapting to evolving market conditions and regulatory changes. However, these challenges also present opportunities for innovative property management and sales strategies. Many people might be surprised to learn that the real estate industry requires a tremendous amount of effort and dedication behind the scenes, beyond the allure of luxurious properties and stylish cars.

I was given a great opportunity by Dominic to assist him at one of his home opens. The timing was perfect, and I eventually became his personal assistant. I thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to assist Dominic and gain insights into the inner workings of the real estate business. My work ethic can be summarized as proactive, supportive, and always willing to take on new challenges to contribute positively to our team's goals. What drives me is failure and tough love and what inspires me is love and dedication.

I started as a waitress at La Vela Restaurant, then worked as a receptionist at Peak Podiatry straight out of school. I'm a sucker for true crime, so my must-listen is any true crime podcast.
