Fleurs love of real estate began long before she became an agent. From a young age, her parents designed, built and sold property and with her Mothers flair for interior design and styling, Fleur learnt early on how important it is in the sale of a house.

Fleur has an extensive background in sales and marketing. She honed her sales skills working for one of New Zealand’s largest breweries where her clientele ranged from humble hoteliers to superstar sports heroes. This ability to establish a strong rapport with a diverse client base can be attributed to Fleurs own honest and approachable personality.

With a passion for sales and a flair for home styling and design, the move into real estate was a natural one. With over 20 years experience, Fleur has accumulated a wealth of knowledge that proves invaluable to her clients. My husband Sascha and I have today settled our new house in Mt Claremont. We were a regular feature at home opens in the western suburbs over autumn and winter and spoke with Lauren and Fleur several times. We just wanted to say that we really appreciated the professionalism and courtesy of Lauren and Fleur (even though we bought through a different agency in an off market sale) who were always polite, helpful, well informed, professional and basically a pleasure to interact with. We experienced let's just say 'mixed' interactions with a number of other real estate agencies and agents during our search, bordering on highly unprofessional. In the end we did find what we were looking for (full block, large garden, 4 beds, 2 baths, 2 living areas, outdoor storage, no pool), within our price range, in the area we wanted, and the sellers were happy too.
